I have videos of me dropping it from my car to the door of my job, and a regular customer picked it up. He spends over $1500+. They dont think its deserve provisional credit, and the investigation takes 10 days. That was loan money (not by them, never approves me) The nice gentleman at the bank said they auto approve the first nine transactions, and this is a hardship. He would think I would deserve a provisional credit. Instead, I'm in the red with no help. They dont care about you. Just about the interest they can collect on your account numbers. Here, I have videos of him picking my card up.... full videos of me dropping it and the wind blowing it. I live in Kentucky, and the transactions all start in Clarksville, Indiana. I almost never go there. I live towards tenn and work in Louisville, but they need more time to look into it. I knew immediately it was middle-aged white man from the transactions. Adult theaters, starbucks, Target, Walgreens, and fast food. It's clear to see where he kept testing the water and drained my account. Two and three purchases at each place. I went in when charges were pending. They told me we have to let them clear and then start. Why not stop everything when I tell you it's stolen and the charges are pending? Now I will get late fees on top of my stolen money and no help. I have all these videos, and they didn't even ask, I came in with laminated pictures of him picking it up and two police reports. Yet they need further investigation. 0 out of 10 would not recommend pnc. They have never helped me as a customer. Turned me down for loans and gave me the lowest limit credit card I have with the highest interest. Predatory credit services have helped me more than pnc.
