- VSVicki SotoJul 1, 20241.0Worst customer service ever in this location. I waited in the front of the line for at least 5 minutes before any of the 3 tellers took a customer. This is on a Monday! This has happened before. I left and went to the Plainview branch.

Shouldn’t I be able to call the branch half mile away from my home to get local customer service. There lazy all the tellers are. Business banking is ok. But I wouldn’t stop by this branch or call them for simple questions. I honestly don’t even want to bank with them but there everywhere in Louisville.
