- CPChristina PerezMay 6, 20261.0I have called multiple times to figure out why I transferred money into an account just yesterday and now have zero access to the account. There was no answer, no answering machine/service, just rang for multiple minutes each time. I also realized I was being charged transaction fees for using my own money and have yet to be able to speak to anyone in regard to either matter. Will be withdrawing all funds and closing account. Absolutely ridiculous/no customer service!!
