- KKKayFeb 24, 20261.0They are the worse! When I first opened the account they had to give me a second card because the first one they sent, I did not receive and had to go to the branch to get one. Over time they have held so many checks of mine. They closed my account which I didn’t know and deposited money into the account which it allowed (although it’s closed!!). When I called they told me that I can’t even get information on when they will return my money until next Monday.
