  I have never had such a disappointing experience at a bank that holds my money. When I first arrived, I waited approximately five minutes before the teller told me she would not accept my valid passport card as identification—even though that is the identification I used to open the account. I had to walk back to my car, retrieve my driver’s license, and return to the branch. After returning, I waited an additional 35 minutes and still never received assistance. There were only three customers in the entire bank, including me, and only one employee was assisting them. Other employees were in the back appearing to adjust something on a wall instead of acknowledging the customers or offering assistance. After approximately 40 minutes total, I had to leave and go to a credit union where my time would be valued. It is incredibly disrespectful to consume someone’s time as though the employees’ responsibilities are more important than the customers’ jobs, businesses, and obligations. Everyone’s time has value, and there is absolutely no excuse for this level of poor service. My accounts are not free. I pay banking fees, and customer service should be part of what I am paying for. I should not have to leave PNC and visit an entirely different financial institution just to receive timely assistance. The branch also looks dated and poorly maintained, which matched the overall quality of the experience. I do not know whether this reflects PNC as a whole or just this Dixie Highway location, but I will not continue banking somewhere that does not value my time or make a reasonable effort to serve its customers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this branch.

  Never book an appointment here. You schedule in advance, get reminders, show up, and magically the person you’re scheduled to meet with is out for the week! No call, no communication, just more than happy to waste your time. Avoid this branch of at all possible!

  Nobody answers the phone, just silence after the automated message plays and you request to speak with a representative.
