- EEE30 EntourageOct 5, 20261.0I visited this PNC location this morning to make a deposit and waited nearly 30 minutes. There was only one teller helping customers, even though about five people were waiting in line. Meanwhile, the manager and other employees appeared to be in their offices. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt unwelcome at this location. The service has been disappointing on multiple visits, and it’s making me consider taking my business elsewhere. The low reviews don’t surprise me.

I deposited a cashier's check on Thursday and was told I can start to withdraw from it on Friday; Saturday I go to make a withdrawal and was told that they had to verify my check (which should have already been done by then) but the office was closed that they needed to call... Monday comes & I go back only to be told that the same thing. Went to another branch and had absolutely no problems. I won't be going back to that one.
