  Extremely Poor Experience — PNC Was No Help After My Cards Were Stolen I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with PNC’s response after both my debit and credit cards were stolen. This was already a stressful and frightening situation, and I expected my bank to be of more help in getting my cards replaced and fraud charges disputed. Instead, I felt like I was given the runaround and left to deal with the situation largely on my own. There was very little urgency or helpful guidance, and I did not feel like PNC genuinely cared about helping me replace the cards and dispute the charges. When someone’s cards are stolen, the last thing they should have to do is fight with their bank to get assistance. I trusted PNC with my money and expected much better customer service, especially during a situation involving theft and potential fraud. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in PNC, and I will be reconsidering whether I want to continue banking with a company that provides this level of support when its customers need help the most. If this is how PNC handles customers when their cards are stolen, I would strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting them with their finances

  Jordan has helped me open my business account and was very knowledgeable through the process! Jacob has also helped me with opening accounts that I’ve needed for my personal finances! I can always rely on them and the other amazing employees!

  I think it's unfair for the only 2 reviews are from people with either an account with no money or overdraft. I have dealt with PNC at this location for years and have always had great people to work with. Sometimes I have had to wait longer than I wanted in line, but that's usually because I got there at a busy time. I have no complaints.
