Easy access and was a quick in and out to take care of my withdrawal. They even had a greeter at the door.

I like this location. I like PNC, very simple app. I switched to them about 10 years ago. They cause me no trouble. I appreciate your confidence in using the term "boring banking". One minor suggestion. Lately there has been a greeter at the door who opens the door for people. I think you should teach this person to also be a teller. I'm not sure that the role is value-added. Perhaps when there is a line of people waiting, this greeter can hop behind the counter. It is weird when you are standing in line and the poor greeter can only stand there awkwardly. I can imagine the other folks in line are likely thinking the same thing. Just an observation, and praise. You all do good work.

In banking you want to be able to rely on who has your money this bank is not reliable be sure to keep up with all cash deposits at the teller transactions may appear to be correct as they smile in your face but not always I have been with pnc for years and I'm fet up and closed my account today and would suggest you be very careful and keep an eye on your money....
