The Chevy Chase branch is the only PNC in Lexington that I have found with a consistent banking staff in which their assistance & performance shows that they really care about keeping their banking patrons satisfied.

The branch manager herself is passive aggressive and leads a team of people that operate the same. They operate under their own rules at this branch in comparison to all four states our business operates. Equally, whenever I used PNC branch for personal things - I was never treated as poorly as the staff treat me here. Per our business banker who is in PA, we are experiencing out of the ordinary customer service issues here. I encourage anyone that cares about how they are treated in exchange for using a bank to consider that you will potentially be treated the same. ANY OTHER BANK is better than this one.
