Both were taking severely long to count cash, had drive thru people and inside people waiting for over 20 minutes to finish a simple cash deposit. If you can’t count cash fast, you should not work at a bank. Simple as that.

They lost our deposit through an ATM and have left us holding the bill because after 6 month they still can't find it. Even though we have a reciept with atm # and time or error. We have gone through the BBB and pnc has refused to reach a compromise. If an individual did what PNC has done it would be a felony. But because they are a bank they can get away with it.
