- EBElizabeth BakerSep 16, 20265.0I have been with CCU for two decades for a reason - service is always professional, courteous, prompt, and accurate with convenient locations and hours. While all the staff have been great I must acknowledge that Reese Reed has been superlative. He has assisted me with many special transactions and he is without exception the very best. Whenever I need to go into the bank I always go to the Reese's branch as I know he will handle things expertly and make it a stress free experience.

Staff memeber here came off as super rude. I feel like I was treated like shit cuz I got there at 448 an they closed at 5 so he was ready to go home. Will have my business at a different location

I have called CCU crying on a couple of occasions because something happened on top of financial issues and every single time I’ve left the phone call feeling better in general. I am leaving this review on the Hamburg branch since that is where I go physically, however, genuinely everyone I’ve talked to at CCU has been amazing. I originally came to use CCU as a loan provider only and have since moved to banking with them. I am thankful for kindness in the world.
