Staff memeber here came off as super rude. I feel like I was treated like shit cuz I got there at 448 an they closed at 5 so he was ready to go home. Will have my business at a different location

I have called CCU crying on a couple of occasions because something happened on top of financial issues and every single time I’ve left the phone call feeling better in general. I am leaving this review on the Hamburg branch since that is where I go physically, however, genuinely everyone I’ve talked to at CCU has been amazing. I originally came to use CCU as a loan provider only and have since moved to banking with them. I am thankful for kindness in the world.
