Cannot get good guest services over the phone, and it doesn't get better when you go in for a face to face encounter. I am trying to keep my money safe from loss or theft, not from myself. The man I dealt with was cold had no compassion as was not trying to make my life easier. He was curt, condescending, and if he had any de-escalation training CCU would not have lost me as a client today.
