- LSLakyn Steffen5 days ago5.0I have used CCU as my primary bank for over 10 years now. Every time I need assistance they are always happy to help. I never have to answer chat bots or jump through hoops to get on the phone with a real person. Their staff is especially friendly and helpful. Recently, I had a fraud situation, and Matthew was beyond helpful. Thank you CCU and Matthew for being great.

I am not computer savvy at all and was planning on coming in to CCU to do it .. we were able to do it over the phone and I am just tickled pink !!
