Commonwealth Credit Union consistently provides excellent customer service and truly cares about helping local families and businesses. We are fortunate to have strong community minded businesses like Commonwealth Credit Union here in Central Kentucky.   I have been a member of CCU for almost 25 years. When my husband and I married, we decided to keep our accounts here. Every staff member, we've encountered here is very knowledgeable. Whether we visit one of the branches or telephone the call center. we get great service. We are very pleased.

  Nobody knows what they are talking about. I get six different answered from six different people in regards to mortgage and helocs. No accountability!
