- MCMarc CzulewiczJun 2, 20261.0Had to wait over an hour for an appointment that was made in advanced. Place over all seems extremely disorganized. Interior was unclean and rundown. Worst banking website/app I've seen in a decade. Statements and other documents regularly don't appear online when they should. Basic accounts are loaded with surprise fees. Calling into customer service is a waste of time if you have more than a basic question.
- WGWilliam GuenthnerApr 21, 20262.0When I come in to make a deposit, passively aggressively asking if I have a debit card because "You know, you could have made this deposit at an ATM" is not acceptable. I could have. I also could have deposited it into a different bank altogether.

I couldn't thank her enough for being so caring and helpful. Because of her I've kept PNC as my full time bank. She shows love & Respect too all her customers. Hands down the very best.

- MKM KAug 8, 20221.0This bank just has too many policies with red tape that make the simplest things way over complicated. Just getting a simple signature requires a team of lawyers. There are far better financial institutions out there more user friendly
