Third Topeka office opens at 21st and Fairlawn Road. An origiinal blue-brick building of 1,645 square feet, in 1972, an 875 square-foot addition to the south side brought the square footage to 2,520. Also, due to its popularity with customers, Fairlawn's remote auto teller facilities increased from one to three in 1971. During its more than 50-year history, the office has been led by only four managers - Brad Miller, Mary Carpenter, Nancy Muller, and Susan Fickler.
