- THTim Heebner1 day ago5.0This PNC is a bit less traditional (less staff, no tellers), but they (especially David) have been extremely helpful with several services (trusts, account set ups, notary, etc) that I have needed over the last year. They have even helped straighten out issues with other PNC branches where the staffing was being extremely unhelpful. This is my go-to branch for my PNC business.

Called the Cool Creek branch and promptly made an appointment with the notary there. Very disappointed in the Westfield location…..I would note that my account balance is (soon was) over 25k.
- GWGina WoodsSep 9, 20251.0This a general review of PNC and not specific the the Westfield Branch location. The staff at this branch have been friendly and helpful. However, this bank is, in general, is cruel and unhelpful. At my brother's passing we used his bank, PNC, to establish the estate account. The account was set up and we began the wait for the checks...and waited...and waited some more. My brother owed a small amount on a PNC credit card. Then we get notice that PNC bank was filing suit against the estate for the small amount owed on the credit card. They would not take their own bank's debit card. It had to be check. The checks that still had not arrived from PNC Bank! These people are completely incompetent.
