Our goal is to provide the best financial products and high-end service to the members that choose to bank with us. Every time you call, you are automatically placed in a queue, and then you get a message saying that the transfer failed because the number is busy. No matter the time of day or the branch you request. I'm surprised they haven't tried to fix or address this issue.

She took the time to talk, answer questions, went above and beyond to answer our calls and texts. Including while on vacation. While we know many companies and people would never do the same. I would recommend this credit union to everyone. Every employee we have had contact with has been pleasant and beyond helpful.
