The bank has been responsive to the community needs and has retained its in-person services. There also is the atm inside, but it’s really a place for walk-in needs which is awesome. I am leaving this review partially because I don’t want that to go away.

Spent 5 hours trying to get a simple pay off number. Never got it. There is a whole list of tape and hoops to jump to get a simple number to give them money. Insane! I just needed the exact payoff so i could write a check. Why does it take so many calls and steps and people for a simple number one clerk and 2 mins is all that should take. I will be closing all accounts and banking elsewhere.
