  I just want to say how much I love this branch!! Everyone is always super helpful and nice, especially Fatima! Literally she’s the sweetest person ever, very patient and kind and answers all my questions no matter how many times I call in. She is so helpful and always gets back to me quickly when I reach out with a concern!! She makes me calling in for stressful situations such a breeze. She is very knowledgeable, and I prefer to call in to this branch to speak with her or driving to this location rather than calling or going anywhere else even though it’s the furthest from my house. Thank you Fatima and the Ireland branch for being so warm, helpful and welcoming every single time I call in :)

  Have been a long time customer at PNC. The Ireland Road location in South Bend, IN is my favorite branch. The tellers and management always have a smile on their face and make it easy to do business.

  If i could give them 0 stars I would! Worst experience I've ever had at a bank and I was trying to give them money to pay off a loan. Spent 5 hours trying to get a simple pay off number. Never got it. There is a whole list of tape and hoops to jump to get a simple number to give them money. Insane! I just needed the exact payoff so i could write a check. Why does it take so many calls and steps and people for a simple number one clerk and 2 mins is all that should take. I will be closing all accounts and not any future business here.
