  Why is PNC the only bank with closed inside banking services. Everyone using the drive through, long lines and very unhappy customers.

  Very rude staff, didn't want to cash my wife checks because of what my wife believes was her appearance(I think she looks great!). Had the nerve after lieing about a limit on the amount of a check they could cash(there is no limit), to try and say they didn't think there was enough money at the bank to cash them! While there was a dude depositing hundreds of dollars in cash next to her! Small bank has small minded people working there. If you have to go to PNC, go see Katie at the 146th street branch.

  Update! Heather is no longer working at the branch. Since then the bank is a pleasant place to do business. I actually look forward to going inside on the occasions I need to do something other than withdraw or deposit. I also like the Keurig :) Excellent turn around in a short amount of time.
