- BGBecky GronerDec 30, 20231.0This branch is the worst, been a customer for 25 years and have a quarter million dollars with them and they refused to work with me on a better rate, will be moving to another bank with better rates. Their rates are the worst in the banking, this branch also has the worst customer service over time. One banker at PNC said of the bad rates " we just don't need the money". Great time to move on to a way better bank!
- NRNicholas RinehartAug 22, 20221.0So I was recently involved in a near fatal car accident and needed to open an account to cash an insurance check and create a cashiers check to replace my car that was totaled. I asked for help and was told they couldn't help me. I was confused and asked why, and the branch manager straight up accused me of trying to cash a fraud check. She said they have to be careful, and because I didn't have an account, they wouldn't risk helping me. THAT IS THE KIND OF CARE YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THIS BANK! They take one look at someone who just got out of the hospital with a broken wrist and a limp from a kidney surgery and automatically assume you're a bum trying to pull one over on them. Choose any other bank than this if you want compassion. Thank God I found a bank near here that could help me set up an account. This branch should be ashamed of themselves, I pray they never find themselves in a hard situation in life like I have.
