Our goal is to provide the best financial products and high-end service to the members that choose to bank with us. I have been a member since 1989 and this institution has fallen so far behind relative to customer service and the basic use of standard technology. For example, I can't even get a phone call answered. Clearly, they are closed today but rather than say that on an OGM, you just sit on hold and then it says the call failed because the # is busy. Their app is beyond awful and it just seems like no one can get the fundamentals down including forward facing communication. There are so many good credit unions and banks; I suggest you go elsewhere.
