  DO NOT OPEN ANY ACCOUNT WITH FLAGSTAR! They have no facilities to unlock your account if it gets locked out. They wont let me know my account number on telephone services even after I verified my identity, they wont let you change your phone number even after you verify your identity. I have called them like 15-20 times to recover my account, no use. There senior representative “LIE” on record on phone calls just so they can get customer off from their calls. That shows they really don’t care. No amount of money returns can justify these behaviors and shortcomings. This should be addressed but they wont. If there was a rating of zero i would give them -100 stars to nullify there ratings. I don’t know what they are good at ? No one really cares about customers specifically not the bankers who founded this bank. I am closing my account as well. Worst service of a bank I have experienced in the world. Will post this on twitter and all the active locations sites in US.

  Who tf doesnt take change more than 10 rolls and doesn't have a coin counter.... These guys. It is money...currency... The thing thats make this world go round..... Time for a new bank. One that actually takes change and can keep ppls accounts correct instead of messing them up too. Im goin back to Horizon. Wells Fargo was better.

  Didn't get my debit card delivered on time so I called to talk to someone. Waited on the phone on hold for assistance 45 minutes before someone picked up n asked "Why are you on hold" then they just transferred me to the basic 1 (800) number. That's just lazy

  Not surprised to read the raving reviews. I don't even know why I'm still their client, the worst bank and people in the world.
