  Had the bank for less than a month before I decided to close my account. Customer service is TERRIBLE. At least an hour wait for a message back and if you dont respond right away they close the chat so you have to start over again! I had a 5 1/2 hour wait for a chat representative, just for them to close it out when I didn't respond within 30 minutes. Worst banking experience I've ever had.

  Pnc is a joke went to try to close my mother‘s account and she was told she could not do it because of pending transactions even though it was her own money so scheduled an appointment to come in and still waited 30 minutes and then it took another 15 minutes to close her account I don’t understand why they make it so hard there is no reason for it Thank God, we closed her accounts there

  Been a loyal customer for years . Tried to get a small personal loan to pay off a high interest credit card on line. With in seconds my loan was declined and didn't even get a reason or a call from the load office. Have never missed a payment and just bought a house in January. I'll be looking for a new back. No a happy customer.

  I've been with this institution through at least one buyout or merger. It's a great bank for access to ATMs and use across the country. However they have been getting away from a community or hometown bank atmosphere, to a very corporate style, and closing branches. They also are ignoring state banking laws and enforcing a corporate platform when you want to remove a account holder after a divorce or other instatences. They also will cancel your cards without warning and make you ask permission to travel and use your credit card, I can understand this philosophy of notify them of travel concerning the ATM cards. They expect this even for emergency travel.

  I feel really bad for the tellers at his bank. They close 2 locations, remodel and go from 5 teller stations to 3 and typically have one teller working. This morning at 9:00 there was one teller working lobby AND the drive through with a line of people. Oh there was a banker standing there welcoming everyone in. WTH! Why can't the bankers help out when corporate doesn't care if there are enough tellers? Pretty disappointed in this bank right now.
