  Kira the personal banker and her trainee helped me make some more complicated financial moves today 10/10 service Mr Harrison at the teller line was extremely efficient and friendly. And Cory the branch manager was extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable 100/100 staff here 🥳

  This is the best PNC branch I’ve ever dealt with. I recently had to return a car to Oxmoor Toyota due to issues with the engine that weren’t disclosed at the time of the purchase. The dealership was giving me the run around with getting my money back. I spoke with Ben and Kira who were nothing but extremely helpful, professional, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. I went back and forth with Oxmoor Toyota for a week about getting my refund. Within a few hours of involving Ben and Kira, I was able to pick up my check for my refund from the dealership. 10/10 would recommend, they went the extra mile for me without any questions asked. Now the long review might not have been necessary, but I felt the need to share how much they truly helped me. Thanks again! :) EDIT TO ADD: I only specifically remember the names of Ben and Kira, but everyone at this branch has been very kind and professional. You all deserve your props!

  The workers are professional and attentive. Im always greeted when I walk in and any problem I have is taken care of swiftly. Harrison is a great guy whos definitely helped me more than once. I never dreaded coming in once
