  staff are all very friendly! it’s not the fastest bank ever but you can tell everyone is trying their best & they have a great attitude :)

  Justo ayer 9/12/2026 fui y estaba vacío no había nadie mas que un banquero atendiendo una persona, y en caja una mujer hablando por teléfono, de casualidad me vió entrar alguien puedo pensar que era el manager y tuvo la gentileza al menos de decir bienvenida, mi espera fue como de 20 minutos en la líneade espera, no quise esperar mas xq en ese tiempo nadie me preguntó al menos que necesitaba, llego esa persona que supongo era el manager con otra persona que trabaja ahí mismo y se pusieron a estar hablando ahí, la cajera seguía en el teléfono y nunca hubo un espacio para que me atendieran, me di la vuelta salí y nadie me preguntó nada, como si banco estuviera vacío sin personas, que lamentable que hayan empelados con esas negligencias en un banco como este. I went there just yesterday 9/12/2026, and the place was empty; there was no one around except a banker assisting a customer and a woman at the teller window talking on the phone. Someone—who I assume was the manager—happened to see me walk in and was at least polite enough to say "welcome." I waited in line for about 20 minutes, but I didn't want to wait any longer because, during that time, no one even asked what I needed. The person I took to be the manager arrived with another employee, and they just stood there chatting; the teller stayed on the phone, and there was never an opening for me to be helped. I turned around and left, and no one said a word to me—it was as if the bank were completely empty. It is truly unfortunate to have employees who are so negligent at a bank like this.

  Stopped by 7/21/26 to get money out .went to the cashier and she was not very friendly I had a piece of paper in front of me for just me and she took it from me I said oh that's for me and she just tossed it to her side instead of handing it back to me and saying sorry so I'd reach across to get my paper then when she proceeded to get my transaction she counted it to herself on her side and then just hands it to me says oh this is how much it is without counting them back to me. So I had to stand there and double count it to make sure that I didn't leave the place with less than what I asked for or more than what I asked for and then I had to ask for an envelope in my receipt. Receipt says cash box number four

  Good luck if you need to make a deposit and don’t have an hour to burn. Two days in a row I waited for 30 minutes and eventually left without making the deposit.
