  Went into PNC Bank to get help with a replacement since I forgot my card after depositing money onto it earlier, haha. I was greeted and helped by Shawn. He was so amazing and very understanding. I was in and out of there so fast. He had such amazing energy about him. Thank you again, Shawn, for the help today! 😊

  I visit this location often. Nice, helpful and respectful people! Today, they offered me a water on my way out on this hot day which was nice. It was room temperature but it’s the thought that counts! Every once in a while the drive through ATM’s have a feature that is not available , usually withdrawals & wait times can be a little long inside around during busy hours other than that I recommend this location.

  Now when I say superb customer service and satisfaction, they were professional, attentive and most of all active. Had far less visible ppl doing nothing than the fort ben location. Everyone was centered on being pro active and customer service. I was dead set on doing no banking with PNC unless absolutely necessary and I left out with an appointment to set up an account. Speaks volumes, also extremely diverse with great service from all across the board.
