  This location is the absolute worst! And I have been to locations all over the city... I avoid this one at all cost...but hey last week I said let's give it another try. NEVER AGAIN 1st they you have to sign-in (unk of the purpose) 2nd you all had 3 staff members which I believe 2 where in training and another one just cruising and smiling at people as they came in. 3rd the lobby was getting full and no one seemed to care. Including the lady cruising.... Finally she sat down and took a client... Again noone seem to care that at this point you had 6 people waiting...mind you this location has a small lobby.... Finally the cruising lady gets done with the one client and ask one of the tellers who was next.... AGAIN IDONT KNOW WHAT IS THE POINT OF ANYONE TAKING YOUR INFORMATION WHEN YOU COME IN BECAUSE IT DOESN'T MATTER! because this lady took the last person who has JUST WALKED IN! At this point 2 other people including myself walked out NEVER AGAIN

  I had an amazing experience at the PNC branch on Georgetown Rd. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Beatriz, who went far beyond our expectations. My dad recently passed away, and she treated us with such compassion, patience, and genuine care during a very difficult time. She made the entire process so much easier and reminded us that there are still people who truly care. We are deeply grateful for her outstanding customer service and for the kindness shown by everyone at this branch. Thank you for making a hard day a little bit easier.

  Young Micheal was very helpful amd full of positivity and had excellent customer service ,he was helpful with my account opening and guided me with the process. Im happy banking with pnc

  BAD SERVICE. I have made cash advances on my CC at least three times at this location. Today I was told that they would not and should not have before. "Sorry about your bad luck" is what I got. Inconsistent service and left me hanging. Not very helpful. Apparently I'm not the only one.
