- SASunshine AriaMay 27, 20261.0Some PNC locations are great (beech grove for one.) Some locations are too busy for great customer service. And some locations have the immediately stagnant feeling of employees with crushed dreams and managerial oppression. Seemingly cowering, afraid to say or do anything that the branch manager might take offense to or dislike. Even if that means driving customers away. This pnc is one of those locations. And with a branch manager willing to openly talk rudely to and about customers where everyone can hear it, it’s safe to assume we know the cause. I’ve had several interactions at this bank and none of them could be considered neutral or good if Chelsea was in the building. There’s a regions bank by target. There’s a chase bank near meijer. Heading north there’s a fifth third at Thompson and Emerson, a regions and a Huntington at Emerson and hornet and a better pnc on main in beech grove. With so many options, why would customers stop here for abuse when we could go elsewhere and bank?

And the branch manager Chelsea couldn’t be more rude when it comes to attempting to address those issues. If you are going to use PNC avoid this branch
- RFRandy FladelandApr 18, 20261.0Horrible customer service. On a Saturday at 11:00 a.m. they only had one teller working both the lobby and the drive-thru I waited literally 8 minutes in the Drive-Thru for someone to tell me they were busy and it was going to be another 15 to 20 minutes
