I recently opened a new account at this branch. One of the branch managers, Tonya, went way above and beyond the call of duty - I was waiting for some status updates and for two days in a row she provided those to me proactively. She also made some calls on my behalf to find out the status to give me more accurate information. In an age where customer experience is everything, Tonya provided outstanding service for me. Thank you!

I wanted to open a business account with PNC because I had done some banking with them in the past, but I felt Discriminated based on work clothes having paint on them. the bank letter, this guy and was judgemental and gave me a look like u should not be there. then the teller walks to one of the reps, this rep "tried helping " so I took my business somewhere else and at this other bank (not a PNC location) they where respectful and professional and got my account running in no time.
