There never seems to be more than one personal banker available, making even a simple appointment extremely difficult to schedule. We called this morning to ask if we could make an appointment with a personal banker today, and the response we received was, “Yeah… that’s not going to happen,” in a very dismissive and unprofessional tone. The lack of courtesy and customer service was incredibly disappointing. If you need personalized banking assistance, I highly recommend visiting the Franklin branch instead. Melody has been exceptional every time we’ve worked with her—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. We gladly go out of our way to visit the Franklin location because the experience is consistently far superior.
- JJJesseJul 1, 20262.0They closed all the good PNC branches, and left the most dysfunctional branch open. Their ATM machine is broke, all the time, which is how I deposit checks after hours. Even though they upgraded, it still is unreliable. I ordered checks through them one time, and the checks.came back misprinted. PNC corporate decisions have failed their customers, the people who pay their salaries!
