Even though they upgraded, it still is unreliable. I ordered checks through them one time, and the checks.came back misprinted. PNC corporate decisions have failed their customers, the people who pay their salaries!

Combine that with customer service and training.That seems like I have more experience than the person.I'm talking to. understaffed or just inexperienced? Either way, I'll drive an extra mile to go somewhere else. Another p n c where I don't have to wait exuberant amount of time with a higher cap and better trained or more experienced staffing. And now p n c i'm not really interested in having a private conversation.This is just my opinion right. And you've had years to change it.
