- HRHonest ReviewsMar 16, 20261.0If i could give them 0 stars i would! Worst experience I've ever had at a bank and I was trying to give them money to pay off a loan. Spent 5 hours trying to get a simple pay off number. Never got it. There is a whole list of tape and hoops to jump to get a simple number to give them money. Insane! I just needed the exact payoff so i could write a check. Why does it take so many calls and steps and people for a simple numbe one clerk and 2 mins is all that should take. I will be closing all accounts and banking anyplace else.

Greeted soon as I walked in with a smile, my account got overdraft by 300$ by my finance company and vyktoria helped me with that and suggested what I should do and now my account is back where it should be.

I went in on a lunch break just to get a debit card printed the girl behind the counter could’ve very easily printed the card and handed it to me but instead I’ve gotta wait for a banker to print a debit card and then I sit there for 15 minutes, almost 20 minutes when I don’t have time for that when all they had to do was print the card and hand it to me. This is why everybody’s going to online banking because the customer service at the location is just pathetic at best.!
