- WSWILLIAM S.Apr 1, 20262.0Worst service I've ever had I've been with PNC bank since it was Union Bank trust and then National city and they got bought out by PNC bank. I get in there and they try to tell me some BS about making a deposit I had my deposit slip filled out and I'm making a small cash deposit and the guy says I need your ID I said my deposit slip is my ID and thats not good enough so I had to show my drivers license to make a cash deposit they tell me its a mandatory from the federal Government that was a lie it's crazy I'm closing my account both of them and I'm gonna move all my stuff to first where they do want my business and seem to want to take care of me PNC IS a joke at Highlander point once I close my accounts I'm done

But the employees at the Floyds Knob’s branch of PNC in Southern Indiana really helped me - I believe the first young man who helped me has only been employed with you for two months (I asked him) yet handled himself with grace. The female bank Manager who helped me second was also incredibly kind. Thank you for making a stressful day less stressful.

I was complaining that I only received 0.18 cents interest on $22,000 and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Nothing says we appreciate you and want to keep your business quite like that. On-line banking, here I come.
