- TRTina RanzingerJul 10, 20261.0This bank location does not even deserve a 1 star. I walked in (drive thru is closed?) to deposit money into my daughters account. I had her account number and all her information. I was told by who appeared to be a manager?!? That it is a federal law that I cannot do that without an account at PNC bank. This was so bogus I asked her to repeat what she said, and she said I had to open an account to deposit money into her account. Obviously, I know this is incorrect information, as all the other banks, including other PNC locations allow it. We will be closing this account and banking elsewhere.

- TLTim LambornMar 30, 20242.0Bank location is close to my home. Our mortgage was at northwest bank and apparently PNC bought northwest’s home loans. No explanation, really, just got a letter one day. Not a big fan of having to go inside and wait for the one lone window to get open. They have a nice drive thru that doesn’t get used. Why it’s closed is beyond me. I’m to assume it’s because they don’t have enough people to staff it. Do better PNC.
