- EFErika FooAug 25, 20265.0The staff here are always so helpful and friendly. Service is usually very quick. If there's ever any issue, they have staff on hand to sit down with you and work through the issue. This bank also has an atm right inside the door and a couple of drive-through lanes if you’re in a hurry.
- KKKathleen KyleApr 21, 20262.0Went in today to deposit 2 money orders in my husbands account because they didn’t accept cash. The teller was aloof and not very knowledgeable. I asked her how to fill out the money orders because I’ve never done it before. I have a brain injury from a wreck and needed help. I asked her how to complete the money order and I put pay to the order of PNC I asked her if this was correct and she lackadaisical said “ Oh I don’t know” I was expecting her to ask the other teller and I actually had to ask her to find out because it needs to be correct. I don’t know her name, but she was wearing a necklace with a large initial A and she had a small pig PNC squishy on her counter. Not impressed at all. This is not acceptable customer service.

Don't understand why a person or a company would say no to something as simple as this other than wanting money. I would have paid. This bank was not willing to help out someone in need.
