Asking for a text PIN code verification with my photo ID and debit card in your hand, that matches my face and account information is asinine. Where is the common sense. Guess if I wanna go steal someone’s identity I just need their phone for a text code and I’m good.. lmao

I was calling to see if they offer cash-out refinancing. First it took me 10 min to navigate their automated phone system until I got a live person. She immediately ask me for my ssn. I told her that I first wanted to know if they offer cash-out refinancing. She asked me if that was some sorta Auto loan. I in turn ask if I had reached the mortgage department and she hung up on me. Nice customer service PNC.

Wow! It took an 1hr 10 mins to open up a 4th account with PNC. My wife had an appointment with the manager Michelle but gave my wife to a new guy that didn’t know what he was doing. Not good customer service on PNC part. We need the Westfield branch to open back up!!
