I don't have an issue with that because they get to choose their policies just as I get to choose whether or not I use them.

The bank blocked it cause they thought it was a fraudulent charge. Seriously!? It wasn't even a new account. So they should have known better. So your payment is late due to the banks actions. Especially when you have plenty in there to cover your transactions. Pretty Not Convenient.
