  Received a letter in the mail saying they were going to close my account. Had been banking with them for years so I called the number on the letter to figure out a reason but all they said was "when you signed the paperwork upon opening the account, it said we can close the account whenever if we choose without giving you a reason". Okay I will take my business somewhere else then

  PNC Bank Auburn, formerly Auburn State Bank (when they believed in customer service), will lie to you without batting an eye! On TWO separate occasions, my wife obtained permission from employees and management to park two of our vehicles on one of their lots on West 5th Street. No time limit was given and she was told it would be okay as long as we parked them on the ‘gravel’ lot. That’s where they were parked. This evening, we drove by the lot as we do every day and the vehicles were there around 2:00 pm+/-. At approximately 10:00 PM, we drove by the lot again and both vehicles were gone. We contacted Auburn City Police Department, only to find out both cars had been tagged as abandoned and towed. Both vehicles were drivable, had current insurance and current registrations. In no way whatsoever did PNC Bank Auburn make any attempt to contact us about the cars. Not even a note on the windshield. All this after we had obtained permission to be there! Now, no thanks to PNC Bank Auburn, we’ve got two tow bills plus storage charges and PNC Bank Auburn refuses to help us, even though it was their mistake! My advice is to steer clear as far as you can from PNC Bank Auburn. If they’ll lie about something like this, just imagine the lies they’ll tell you when they have your money! Mark my word, I will never give them any of my money! They can’t be trusted! #PNCBankSucks

  I wish that their app would work better. It always seems like it's down late night, which is understandable. But the amount of times it's down is crazy. App development is an on going process, but come on..tonight, 4/23/17, it's down for 7 hours. What y'all got going on that it takes that long? There are a lot of improvements that can be made to the app and your mobile/online site but I don't see them coming to fruition.
