- ABAbraham BenansonJul 29, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with the manager at this PNC Bank branch. I applied for a business credit card, and the manager told me she would call me the next day with an update. Days went by, and I never received a single call. I tried calling her several times, but she never answered or returned my calls. I have no credit issues, I keep a significant amount of money with PNC, and I expected much better service. Instead, I was left completely ignored and had no idea whether my application was approved or denied. This is unacceptable customer service. If this is how loyal business customers are treated, I would rather move all of my money to another bank that actually values its clients. I cannot recommend this branch or its management.

He opened the door for me greeted me with a smile. You don’t get that at most banks anymore. Im glad my family and me decided to bring our banking over to PNC especially to this branch. Brandon keep up the great work. It made my day.
