  What is it with these banks now outsourcing their customer service overseas? The bank gives our personal private information to overseas 3rd party companies so these overseas entities act on the banks behalf as a customer service representative. The bank will tell you your personal information is secure. But you are telling these overseas agents all of your information in order to access your account. This maybe less of a Willowbrook bank issue. Than it is a PNC issue. Which. These banks do not seem to care if someone overseas has your social security and drivers license information. I am sure there are 25 new Edgar’s running around some overseas location and hoping on a plane bound for the US. Soon they will plan to be not only Edgar (me) but they will also be every Brittney and Taylor and Kyle and Junior whatever their name is in the United Stares of America.

  I don’t normally post reviews. My wife witnessed the bank staff of Willow brook PNC rudely speak to a customer. After hearing this I have spoken with my pastor and friends. We intend to remove all of our money from this bank. There is nothing PNC can do to change our minds. This is 75 accounts (and growing) PNC will collectively lose aggregate across the western suburbs.

  Based on my experience, I cannot recommend PNC Bank’s Willowbrook branch. Customer service appears to be a low priority, and the level of professionalism and responsiveness falls well below what I expect from a financial institution. A bank should foster trust by providing timely communication, knowledgeable assistance, and a sincere commitment to resolving customer concerns. Unfortunately, my interactions reflected the opposite. Obtaining help was unnecessarily difficult, communication lacked consistency, and I often felt that customer satisfaction was not a priority. There are many banks and credit unions that place greater emphasis on building relationships and delivering quality service. After my experience, I would encourage anyone considering this branch to explore those alternatives before opening an account here.

  I would not recommend PNC Bank in Willowbrook as a banking partner. In my experience, the branch lacks the level of customer service and professionalism that customers should expect from a major financial institution. Banking should be built on responsiveness, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to solving customer problems. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Requests often feel like an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to serve the customer, and follow-up has been inconsistent. If you’re looking for a bank that values long-term relationships, proactive communication, and customer-focused service, I would encourage you to consider other local banks or credit unions before choosing this branch. My experience left me disappointed, and I cannot recommend the Willowbrook location to others.
