Unlike most branches, they do not offer world class service. Been with PNC since before they aquired National City. Debating switching to Chase. Seemed I was annoying by being there I guess. Lots of eye rolls. Didn't even look at my account before deciding they didn't have any interest in accommodating me. I wasn't even dressed poorly or anything like that. Made me feel small, while other branches make you feel like your business is very appreciated.

Why will this branch not fix their broken ATM machine!!??? I'm so irritated that this branches broken ATM machine has been having issues for well over a year with the machine. It is down with issues more than it actually works especially on the weekends when it's actually needed! The person or company they have for maintenance and repair obviously is not able or competent enough to fix the problem or the machine. It really seems as if PNC is not willing to resolve this ongoing issue for their loyal customers or can they not afford to replace this problematic ATM machine?? It might be time for all their loyal customers to move on to a more reliable bank that listens and takes care of their customers and show PNC who keeps their doors open!
