  extremely unprofessional, the employees are rude and lack customer service skills, the manager whom i spoke to gave me false information. when i came in the employee called the manager who was “off work” to ask a question, but when i asked them to call and ask the manager to verify the false information that was told to me by her they refused and kept telling me she’s at home. they then continued to give me the run around and when asking for information to escalate the situation they made me search around the store looking for the customer service number instead of telling me, they kept point to the other side of the room saying “over there over there” to a small tiny number on a wall filled with other posters and information, rather than just telling me what the number is or walking over to the wall to show me where it is. very unprofessional very childish staff they have over there, and manager clearly doesn’t know what they’re talking about and not willing to take care of any issues that arise.

  Very poor customer service. Those girls are very rude and they don't know anything about their job! Don't waste your time here!

  I arrived at exactly 8pm while a customer was literally still getting service and this man that works there denied me service! I think that this is not a place where it’s customers first. I can see if it was after 8pm. And a customer was literally working with someone at the counter. This place is not devoted to the customer. Bogus
