- TTtoddmorenzSep 2, 20261.0It doesn't matter whether you go inside or whether you sit in the drive-through, you're gonna spend a lot of time at this bank, slowest bank I've ever dealt with in 50 years of my life, I've learned to just send the payment through the drive-through and just drive off or just leave the payment on the counter in there and walk away, trust me it will save you a ton of time
- EEEJul 28, 20261.0Wishful thinking for someone to answer the phone in hopes of speaking with a banker. The fraud department is a joke. A hold will be placed on your check even if the check is from your employer. Opened a new account at this establishment and quickly closed to go elsewhere. Unfortunate headache. Update: received a voicemail from Joshua in Executive client relations department. Attempted to call Joshua back, followed by leaving a voicemail, have yet to hear back from him. Also established business with a competitor bank. Transition has been smooth and ZERO hold when depositing payroll checks. The money is deposited into my account same day or within 24 hours. PNCs fraud department really needs to stay updated w the comptrollers office. An additional hold was placed on my check from Employer due to the state of IL updating their check layout. All banks were notified of this update starting fiscal year. The hold was not lifted and trying to get anyone on the phone at a branch level or fraud department is a joke. Also the male banker at this location is quite rude.
