  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Exceptional Service from PNC Bank! I have been a customer of PNC Bank since 2009, and I can honestly say that my experience with this bank has been nothing short of exceptional. I have so much respect, appreciation, and gratitude for PNC and for all of the incredible people who work there. Throughout the years, PNC has consistently treated me with kindness, professionalism, respect, and genuine care. They have always been there for me, and knowing that my accounts and my family’s financial well-being are in good hands gives me a tremendous sense of security and peace of mind. I would especially like to recognize Robb for the outstanding help and customer service he provided me. Robb went above and beyond to assist me, and I truly felt that he cared about helping me and making sure everything was taken care of properly. His professionalism, patience, kindness, and dedication made a real difference to me. Employees like Robb are a true reflection of what exceptional customer service should look like. I am incredibly grateful to everyone at PNC Bank for everything you do for your customers. Your hard work, compassion, professionalism, and commitment to providing excellent service do not go unnoticed.   I went to the loves park branch of pnc, I was pretty mad, they didn't have a manager there and was able to get my issue resolved by jayline, she was kind, sweet and compassionate and was able to renew my CD in just a few minutes. I hope she gets some special recognition.

  They have no concept of time management. I arrived at 9am when the doors open.. the banker on duty... was told it would be 15 minutes. At 9:30, I was told it was going to be another 15 minutes. It's now after 10:10 am and the only updates are "we don't know how long it's going to be". If I had known 15 minutes was going to be an hour plus, I would have gone to Loves Park when they first told me there would be a wait. I've missed my next appointment and will most likely be late for the appointment after that one. There's no point in going to Loves Park now. This bank needs to work on time management.
