  I have never been more disappointed in a bank. I did the check ready program with this bank. The banker told me I would get the best interest rate (5.94% at the time) provided the car was within the 2 year mark and my loan was less than or equal to 15k. After buying my car i found that they gave me an interest rate of (6.44%) My credit score is well above 800 and I had several thousand in the bank with excellent payment history. They raised the interest rate because my loan was for 14.2k and not exactly 15k. Not at all what the banker told me the entire time I was there. I fought for the loan amount to go down to the better amount because I'm more than qualified for it but they want to put money over customer satisfaction and what is right. I closed this account and moved banks after this even though I have a home loan and auto loan through them. I will be moving those as well. DO NOT BANK WITH PNC. They don't care for their customers. Not to mention the entire process was drawn out and they made me jump through literally every hoop possible to close this account.

  the fees are ridiculous. They want to charge $3 fee to send a mortgage bill . I tried to call on 6/3/26 @4:25pm and no one answered.

  Great atms two drive thru one enclosed with Bill selector for choosing whatever denominations you choose. Modern touchscreen and radio activated options.

  Awful service! Spoke to CS 888-pncbank line and was told to go to branch to pick up letter for pay off of my car. Was told they would be ready for me, they weren’t! Had an appointment w. Henrietta Branch mgr, she wasn’t there. Spoke to the lady at the first desk & she told me she would work on it and call me on Monday didn’t. I called on Tuesday and left message with a person and a week later still no response. Finally spoke to Michael a week later and all the sudden now I have to pay $25 for a letter of pay off. Told them I would not pay and asked to speak to the branch manager (I already left 2 messages for her to call me back, no response) left another message 3 days ago and still no call back. Who is running this place!!!!!
