  Was going here for years. When person before new owners took over. Was great then. Now its horrible. They have some people that dont have a clue how to do taxes. Mine were buisness. They get irritated if you ask questions. I lost all of my depreciation because instead of person starting with my old account they started a new account from that day. They scheduled me in April knowing buisiness taxes have to be done before that. This simple thing that I didnt know is why you go to somebody to help with taxes. Hang on to your wallet. They schedule you to do things to charge you that you can do yourself. Then try to scare you they have to do it.Then they charge you high fees without the high quality. I have moved to a real professional that helped me try to fix what Abacus screwed up. Beware. Since I wrote this Abacus has denied everything. That shows you that the customer is always wrong. They didnt take blame for anything. Just gave a generic answer of the way they thought they should be doing. If thats the way they treat everybody else great. They didnt treat me that way. Everything I said was true. I sleep well at night. Just ask them. I bet they do to . They want me to talk to them about this in there reply. I already talked to them before I switched. They were in denial and refused to admit anything. Them wanting me to reply after I already moved is because they want people to think they care. Its to make them look good on there reply. Why would I after I had to switch?
