  I have been a customer of PNC for almost 20 years. I have never been to a more disgusting and discriminatory branch in my life. I went into cash a check today that I received from a valid company. The woman was rude disrespectful, and then have the nerve to speak Polish in front of me as though I didn’t understand her her manager. Not only was I made to sit and be embarrassed in front of other staff and customers. I was also lied to. I was told they could not cash my check they said it was an invalid check and I needed to sit and wait so that they could verify knowing it was a Saturday. I was told do not deposit or cash the check I thought that was odd so what I did is, I called PNC‘s customer service line and talk to an actual manager. They informed me there was no flag on the check and there was nothing wrong. It would’ve been in the system. I was informed to go to another PNC branch which I did from there. They went through the process. There was nothing wrong with this. Check this branch discriminate and likes to embarrass people that they don’t feel that’s their surrounding culture. Something needs to Be done. In no time should I ever be made to feel like I am doing something wrong or embarrassed in front of people how dare they tell what is in my actual account and what’s available telling me the check with bounce in front of people it’s just disrespectful and disgraceful and I really hope that they replaced everybody in that branch. Do not go to this ban. Whatever you do. There is nothing but problems at this specific bank branch. Disgusting, disrespectful, And they like to discriminate. The manager there this is for you I See in Polish by the way. I hope that sits with you well, but I will be talking to your corporate office on Monday.

  If you not Polish, do not go there. I was there for 15 minutes. As soon as the Polish person walk in, the let him in front of me. The person upfront this trade the bank it’s like it’s his own bank. Chase bank,is the best

  The worst. Nobody is doing anything i just wana make a simple wire transfer and they say they cant do it now. Wish i could get a job here to get payed for sitting at a desk doing nothing. I waited in the bank for 30 minutes even after they said they are busy and all they were doing was sitting on there desks talking amongst eachother
