- CCobrA *Jul 16, 20261.0This is by far the worst bank branch I have ever visited. The staff are completely unprofessional and incompetent. They were unable to help with even the simplest banking issues. Instead of providing solutions, they wasted my time and gave confusing or incorrect information. The customer service was terrible, and it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. The employee who assisted me today clearly lacked the knowledge and skills to handle even a simple request. Instead of doing her job, she simply told me to take care of everything myself through online banking. That raises a simple question: what is the purpose of having employees in a bank branch if customers are expected to solve their own problems through the app? What are they being paid for? While there was a line of customers waiting, the employees seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping the people standing in front of them. That level of service is completely unacceptable for a bank. I left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. If you value your time and expect professional, competent customer service, avoid this location.
