    I went to this location approx 3 to 4 times and I have nothing good to say about this place but, Disappointed! I've been a PNC customer for over 25+ years and the experiences I've dealt during the above visits were nothing but confusing, frustrated and total disappointment. The feelings I felt during my transactions were scammers to make you feel confused and worried about if your check will go through express or not in order for you to get access to you funds or not unless you take the chance by paying upfront the express fee. I truly feel that the teller that I've dealt with has a nasty attitude and she needs to be retrained on how to properly explained the express cash access process. The Manager Sucks and seemed like he could care less about the customer. Overall, I will Never go back to this branch after my experiences of uncertainty if my check deposited, funds would be available to me express or not. I got this sense of them instilling fear or uncertainty so you would agree to take the chance to pay upfront that express fee before they scan/deposit your paycheck. I think this is a way of them profiting off of the customers fears/worry.

    Not sure how PNC is still in business. You have to show ID for everything you do, even to deposit small amounts of cash or checks. They have no good offers for personal or business and not even close to comparison with any other local or national banks.
